Yes, you can 'mix and match'. Depending on your requirements, we can configure the Portal's functionality to your organisation. Our development schedule is also very agile, so if you have a great idea we can look at adding it to the platform. Much of the Portal's functionality has come from the user community, we run a community user group where you can share your ideas with us and the wider community. Our aim is to provide you with a platform which meets your needs.
All your events, messages and invoices generated by the Portal will contain your organisation's branding. Or if you decide to have your own Portal then we'll theme it to match your organisations look and feel.
As a organisation that collects or receives customer data from contacts in the EU the CPD Portal is responsible for complying with GDPR and protecting user data.
We work with experts in the field of GDPR to direct and develop our GDPR protocols. Our service platform is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

As a Portal subscriber you'll have access to our online HelpDesk. From there you'll be able to request support, request further training and access our extensive 'Knowledge Base' containing walk-through videos and guidance documents. We also run regular online training webinars. Of course we're also happy to meet you!
